Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of speaking with creatives across the industry: directors, editors, colourists, producers, VFX artists, sound designers and more. Each brings a unique voice, but all are driven by one thing: a love of storytelling.

In a time of disruption and change, we paused to listen. This collection offers a glimpse into what drives people to work in this industry and what keeps them showing up despite the challenges.
